Rainbow Skittles Experiment
Mrs Downson's Farm Trip. Reception had a fantastic day! We fed the lambs, the buffaloes, the llamas and the sheep. We got to see a baby wallaby (joey), baby goats (kids), baby Guinea pigs (pups), baby pigs (piglets) and we stroked a baby rabbit (kit.) We played on the activity park and then tasted ice cream or sorbet.
Happy Easter
We learnt about the Artist Kandinsky and how he enjoys colours and shapes. He is known for the piece of art work Concentric Circles. We tried to do some.

Reception made some creations using 2d shapes
This week Reception have been following a programme, Tots on Tyres. It is to grow confidence on the bike and learn about safety whilst you are riding a bike. Reception have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions.

EYFS Christmas Party
Father Christmas came to school and we all received some goodies.
A Miracle in Town Nativity
Christmas activities have started! We are getting ready for Jesus' birthday.
17/11/25 Forest School - We had a lovely time with Hedgehog and we got to saw some wood and make a Christmas decoration.
Bonfire and Fireworks. We made edible sparkles, we made handprint bonfires, we did cotton bud fireworks and we drew our own fireworks in the blue tuff tray.

Disney Week. We made Forky from Toy Story
Reception and Nursery did Zumba with Jess.
Disney week. We had a go at drawing Mickey Mouse.
PE session. We had lots of fun balancing and jumping.
We visited the Secret Garden and had a fabulous time.
Jubilee 2025 Pilgrims of Hope. Today, Reception attached their name to the anchor.
