Good morning Year 6!

It's Friday everybody!! This is our final day of home learning before our half-term holiday next week. Well done for working hard over the last 6 weeks and thank you for sending all your wonderful work on the blog or by email. Today is the beginning of the Chinese New Year celebrations so a lot of our work will be connected to that. Have a fun day and we can't wait to see your work on the blog or by email.

So, let's get switched on and see what our lessons are...

L.O ARITHMETIC

YIPPEE! It’s Friday and it’s Arithmetic Day. Today it is Y6 Spring TEST 6. Click on the PDF document below and your questions will appear.

Before you start your work, I would like you to click on the link to Y6 video page. You will see a video called 12-2-21 Arithmetic. I have talked through each question to remind you how to do them. Please watch it as it will help you.

Do your working out and answers in your Maths Book and then get someone to mark it for you or mark it yourself. BLOG me your score out of 30 please.

Please don’t open the answers until you have done the work it won’t help you. Once you have marked your work go back and try to correct the ones you got wrong, just like we would in school.

Please send me a picture of your working out instead of typing the answers into the BLOG. I want to see your working out.

TASK B – EVERYBODY SHOULD DO THIS

I’ve  set up a battle on Times Table Rock Stars. Boys against Girls. This will last all over half term. So anytime you go on TTRS over half term it will add points to the battle.
