This half term, we have been looking at Traditional Tales. We have been focusing on the story of Jack and the Beanstalk. In literacy, we imagined that if we held one of the magic beans, it would make our voices change! Watch our video and see what you think!

In Literacy, year 2 have been looking at silly poems such as tongue twisters. We have also been looking at nursery rhymes with rhyme and rhythm. We had fun taking part in a tongue twister challenge and are in the process of writing some very silly poems, with rhyme, about some of the teachers in our school! We hope they will like them!
