Eco Week
WOW!
The children have been absolutely fantastic during Eco Week embracing reduce, reuse and recycle tasks with enthusiasm. We have been encouraging new wildlife into our garden by planting seeds, hanging bird feeders and building a ‘Bug Motel’. Lights and computers were switched off as much as possible on Tuesday in order to save energy and water usage has been kept to a minimum all week. Thank you to all families for sending in junk for us to reuse on the Trashion Show outfits and for walking part of the way to school. The money from non-uniform day will be used to adopt a sea creature in each class from the World Wildlife Fund. I hope this Eco Week will encourage us all to carry on looking after ourselves and our planet in the future. Well done everybody!
