Good Morning Year 3!

I hope you are all ready for another fun filled week of Home Learning. I know some of you might be feeling a little bit fed up, maybe sad about missing your friends etc. But I am so proud of you all and how hard you are working at home. Remember, each day we are a little closer to seeing each other again at school. Imagine how good it is going to be when we are back!!

Maths:

LO: To recognise equivalent fractions.

Today you need to log onto Education City and find the class work named ‘Monday 18^th May – Maths’

Complete the worksheet on activity 2 into your work books and then you can check the answers on the next activity. No cheating please! Remember, I can see whether you have done it or not and therefore you must log on and complete these activities!

English:

LO: To answer questions on a given text.

Today you will need to find your CGP books in your Home Learning Packs.

You will need to turn to page 10 and read the text called ‘Let’s get growing’. Read it carefully.

Then answer the questions on page 11. Remember you can look back at the text for your answers as much as you need.

RE:

LO: To explore the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Today we are going to look at the 7 gifts of the Holy Spirit. I would like you to split a DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD into 8 sections. Label and decorate the first one to say ‘The gifts of the Holy Spirit’

Then, look at the power point below and fill each of the other 7 boxes with a title, picture and short explanation of the other gifts. Use the power point to help you, but try to use your own words for the explanations.
