If you are unable to come to school because you are isolating, I would like you to use the Online OAK ACADEMY lessons. This is a virtual school that has been set up since schools closed back in March. Lessons have been done for all year groups by teachers from all over the country. Click on the website links below to do the lesson. You can use your homework book to do your work in. Start at lesson 1 and do a lesson each day until you return to school, there are 10 lessons in total that should cover a full 2 week isolation.
Your first topic is called A Career in Computer Games. This is a short, dramatic story by the brilliant author, Anthony Horrowitz. This unit will test your reading skills.
Your second 5 English lessons concern grammar work. In Year 6, you need to identify word class, for example: noun, determiner, adverb. These next 5 lessons will really help you with this important skill.
