This is our Dance Club celebration page, filled with wonderful events that we have participated in throughout the year.

Our dancing queens are Miss Armstrong and Mrs Clough who support us afterschool with our dancing sessions.

November - December 2023

Tis the season to.............DANCE 

A wonderful group of 12 children have taken on the role of our Christmas dancers for this years Christmas performance. 

Each Monday after school the group have gathered together to rehearse their steps and moves. What a wonderful group they are, take a look below at the snaps shots of our rehearsals. 

Here is our KS2 Dance Club

This term the children have been aiming to take part in the School Games Dance Festival in Burnley. Where 5 other schools will take part. The theme this year is ‘Eco Green’. The children have all been working hard every Monday after school to create a wonderful dance.

On 21^st March 2023 the dance group entered a Burnley Dance Festival at Blessed Trinity High School.

The children’s team name was St John’s the Bee leavers!

The dance they all performed was created by themselves, the style was a line dance with a twist.

They all danced to the song ‘Big Yellow Taxi’

The children enjoyed participating in the festival this was shown on all of their smiley faces!
