If not, put the short date and objective in your red maths book and work your way through the questions. Please don't feel the need to copy out the questions if it's taking too long, only writing/drawing the answers is fine. I can understand and match your work to the questions.

RE- Spreading the Word by our lives

The Holy Spirit helps us in our lives. St Paul wrote to the Christians livin in Rome, when they were getting ready for his visit. He was encouraging them because it was difficult being a Christian at that time. He told them how the Holy Spirit helps people. Below is what he said.

We don’t always find it easy to be good, to do the right thing, but it is our aim in life and like the Christians living in Rome, we can ask for God’s Holy Spirit to help us, so we can pass on the Good News by our kindness and goodness.

In your green writing book, write the title ‘Spreading the Good News of God’s Love’. Underneath, going down on the left side of the page, leaving space between each, write the words joy, love and peace (You can do this in fancy bubble writing if you like). Next to each of the words, in your best handwriting, write sentences to say how you would show this to others. You may decorate this piece of work with meaningful pictures.

Have a wonderful Tuesday Year 2smiley

Love, Miss Dewhurst x
