Design and Technology
Year 2 have been baking Easter buns with Miss McBreen and Mrs Townley.
Year 2 went to visit Year 1 to look at their vehicles.
STRUCTURES
Year 2 are looking at 'Structures'. To start with, they looked at Bridges and how they come in all different shapes and sizes. They looked at the very first bridges and the materials used to build them and more modern day bridges.
The children then looked at how they could strengthen bridges and looked at how pillars are made to reinforce the bridge. They all completed an investigation to see which would be the strongest.
