WILLIAM MORRIS INSPIRED ART WORK

As part of our Victorian topic, children in year 6 have studied the art work of William Morris.  We used his ideas of nature inspired art to create a 'motif'.  This motif was carved into a printing block and then used to create repeating patterns.  We thoroughly enjoyed this activity and were extremely pleased with our results.
