TriKidz Triathlon February 2023

On Wednesday 8th February the Trikidz project came to our school to teach us the skills and different exercises of competing in a Triathlon. We teamed up with Year 3 in the morning. We took part in a swimming exercised using resistant ropes, cycling on stationed bikes and running around our very large playground! We all felt exhausted but we were all determined to finish without letting our teams down.

We all really enjoyed our session with Trikidz!
