English- Creative writing- Catch it
Please watch the clip below.
A group of meerkats lovingly tend to a beloved and unique fruit in the middle of the savannah.
One day, their peaceful existence is disrupted by a vulture intent on stealing their pride and joy.
Will the meerkats be able to get it back?
In your green writing book, I would love you to tell the story from a Meerkat's point of view. You will need to describe your thoughts, feelings and actions. Plan your content carefully, sequencing the events in order, from the beginning, middle and end of the clip.
This is a creative piece of writing, so please use lots of high-level adjectives and verbs. I expect your BEST joined handwriting too please.
RE/Art- Caring for God's world, giving thanks and praise.
Look outside your window and admire God's treasures. On plain A4 paper, please could you carefully draw what you see outside of your window and colour it in. On the back of your paper, describe how these treasures are being cared for.
Have a lovely day!
Love Miss Dewhurst x
