If you know your username and password, you should log into your ParentPay account and select Profile Settings then Email Addresses.
Select to Change Username and follow the on-screen guidance.
When you have saved your details, you will be emailed a link to verify your email address.
If you don't know your username and password, please contact school and advise us of your new email address. We will then send a request to the ParentPay support team to change the details for you. This may take the support team a few days to action.
