Santa was so impressed with Year 2 in the Christmas Production that he brought them some new games for wet play times. he left them under the tree in the hall and our School Councillors and VIP opened them in class. We had a great time learning how to play them...but more importantly, how to look after them!
All the children got involved in making a crib for our Angel Nativity set to go on the Church window.
And the winning crib was by the 'Jeff Kinney' Team. Well done everyone.
Christmas Mannequin Challenge
Mrs Francis, Mrs Carlile, Mrs Glynn and the Snowmen and our Angels didn't escape!
Mrs Carlile went to the photocopier and when she came back, our class Elf was holding Mrs Carlile's phone. When she checked her phone, not only had he rung his family in Lapland at peak time, but he had been up to lots of mischief and had taken lots of 'Elfies'!
And then, he jumped in Mrs Carlile's car and went home with her! He enjoyed listening to 2BR during the journey. He thinks the secret sound is Santa's Sleigh Bells!
Once he had made himself at home, he slid down the bannister, hid from Bertie in the washing machine!
He was very helpful at breakfast time!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
