Maths - Patterns

Get 10 socks and 10 pencils. Can you make a repeating pattern?

Get some circle objects and some rectangle objects. Can you make a repeating pattern?

Choose 2 numbers, on your whiteboard (using your two numbers), can you make a repeating pattern?

I have some underpants from our story - Aliens Love Underpants. Draw some underpants. Can you make a repeating pattern on the underpants?

Don't forget to send photos of your underpants. 

Task 2

Phonics - j, v, w, y and z.

Look at the picture underneath. Can you play 'I Spy'?

Writing sentences in your exercise books.

After your game of 'I Spy' choose an object starting with 'j' and write a sentence.

Choose an object starting with 'v' and write a sentence.

Choose an object starting with 'w' and write a sentence.

Remember to say your sentence first, write it and then read it.

Physical Development - Catching

Bertie has got another challenge for you. You can use a pair of socks instead of a ball. 

After you've done Bertie's challenge, Mrs Collins has a challenge for you. Your adult will need to time you for 30 seconds. You need to throw and catch a pair of socks without dropping them. How many catches can you do in 30 seconds?
