Good morning Year 3...

WELCOME TO OUR LAST DAY OF HOME LEARNING!! WOOOOOO!!

 

I bet you are all SO excited to come back to school on Monday, I cannot wait to see all your smiling faces! I bet you have all grown so much!!

 

For our last day (hopefully ever!!) of home learning, you have 3 tasks:

 

1. Maths

2. English

3. Science

 

I would also like you to read, play on TTRS and do your fitness challenge. You need to make sure you are writing down your scores - please bring this score card and your sponsorship form to school on Monday! If you don't have a printer, I will give you one in school!

Maths:

LO: To calculate perimeter.

Today you are going to be calculating the perimeter of shapes.

 

 

 

 

You need to watch the video carefully below, pausing it when you are asked to complete activities. Then you have a worksheet to complete that I have attached below

LO: To analyse a character’s emotions.

Today you are going to be focusing on the emotions of certain characters in the book The Suitcase Kid. 

I would like you to click on the link below, and follow the instructions from the teacher throughout the lesson. Any activities she asks you to do, you need to write them into your lined paper books.

Science:

LO: To complete a Science Assessment.

 

 

 

Today Year 3, you are going to complete a Science test. This is going to test your knowledge on all of the things we have done in our ‘Food and our Bodies’ topic. I will post the answers onto the blog this afternoon at 2pm. Then you can comment and let me know how you got on!
