Maths:

LO: To measure mass.

This week in Maths we are going to be looking at mass (weight).

Follow the link below to access today’s video. Watch the video carefully, just like you would listen to me at the beginning of a lesson and then complete the worksheet I have attached below. You can either print it out or copy your answers into your workbooks.

Measure mass

This is "Year 3 - Week 11 - Lesson 1 - Measure mass" by White Rose Maths on Vimeo, the home for high quality videos and the people who love them.

English:

LO: To answer questions on a given text.

Find your CGP Comprehension books in your Home Learning Packs. Today I would like you to complete page 20-21 which are questions on the extract from ‘An interview with Rebecca Adlington’

Enjoy! Remember to send me your work either on the blog or on email.

RE:

LO: To research Maximillian Kolbe.

St Paul visited his friends in Thessalonika to encourage and reassure them. He told them that God’s love, mercy, forgiveness and compassion are all gifts for them. We thank God for the gifts he gives us just as we thank friends for the gifts they give us. God gives us all the gifts we need to help us to live good lives.

I now want you to read the passage below from Thessalonians 5 and then God’s story 3.

You are then going to research a man called Maximillian Kolbe. He was someone who followed in St Paul’s footsteps by being a follower of Jesus. Find out as much as you can about him and then display your information in a poster. I have attached a document below with information about him too.
