We are incredibly proud of the pupils who represented St John's School at this year’s Dance Festival at the Impact Conference Centre on Tuesday 10th March. Their commitment, energy and enthusiasm were clear to see.
For weeks the group have worked hard - practising after school and at lunchtime - showing dedication and teamwork every step of the way. All that hard work paid off when they delivered a confident and energetic final performance that truly impressed the audience. We are so proud of every child who took part. Their professionalism and passion were outstanding.

A huge congratulations to the children who represented our school at the Tag Rugby Skills Festival at Prairie Sports Village. Everyone showed brilliant attitude, enthusiasm and sportsmanship throughout the day. Noah, Harvey, Jake, Hailey, Scarlet, Arlie, Henry and Zac.
They impressed the coaches with their passing, evasion and defensive positioning, and worked superbly as a team. It was fantastic to see them listen to feedback, support one another and try new skills with confidence.
Well done to all eight pupils — you were excellent ambassadors for the school and a real credit to yourselves.

We are incredibly proud of our Year 5 pupils who represented St Johns School at the Sports Multi Skills Event held at Burnley College. The children demonstrated excellent attitude, resilience and sportsmanship throughout the day — a credit to themselves and to our school community.
The event gave pupils the opportunity to practise and showcase a range of fundamental movement skills — from agility and balance to coordination and teamwork. Our children approached every activity with enthusiasm, encouraged one another, and displayed impressive determination even when challenged.
A huge thank you to Burnley College for hosting the event and to the staff and volunteers who supported our pupils on the day. Thank you also to the parents for arranging transport and cheering the children on.
