  We would like to say a huge well done to Emily in year 6 who raises money every year and chooses a good cause to donate it to. This year she has written Mrs McKeating a letter and has asked for the money to go to St John's. Thank you so much and we are very proud of you Emily.

• Faith Friends - Mother's Day Competition.

  On Sunday 30th March, we will be celebrating Mother's Day. This is a special time to show appreciation for the wonderful women in our lives.

   

  With this being the case, we are holding a Mother's Day competition. This will be split into EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

   

  All you have to do is send in a photo or draw a picture of you and your wonderful women together, and let us know why they mean so much to you. This could be your Mum, Grandma, Auntie or any other female in your life who serves as a role model to you. Please put your name and year group on your entry. 

   

  The prizes will be a gift and a card to give on Mother's Day.

  Congratulations to all the Year 3 and 4 children who attended this event. They showed great team work and determination, St Johns is very proud!

  Well done to all the children who competed in this years Hartley Cup matches. For some children it was their first time competing in a high level football match. Well done for sticking together as a team and showing great improvement with every game!
